Tata Power, India's largest integrated power utility is set to capitalize on new and improved technologies with the launch of its new and innovative customer portal, designed to augment engagement with its customers by providing a dynamic and user-friendly experience exceeding industry standards.

Customer feedback about our existing portal has been a key input towards designing the new portal. Therefore, it was imperative to develop a digital service platform with the latest features that makes it a one stop solution to fulfill customer requirements.

Built on the renowned SAP MCF Technology platform, the move is a part of Tata Power's (Q,N,C,F)* long-term aim to exceed consumer's expectations and encourage customer engagement in the digital world. The revamped customer portal reinforced with enhanced security features will further facilitate and encourage ease of doing business and transacting with Tata Power. The new portal has a dynamically enhanced visual appeal while retaining all the features of the erstwhile portal right from applying for power supply to bill payments.

Ease of navigation and locating information through the new web portal are just a couple of clicks away. Thus, this is a fast and convenient way to connect with the Tata Power brand through an easy interface.

Minesh Dave, President-T&D, Tata Power said, ''We, at Tata Power actively promote rapid technological advancements. The new portal is designed to encourage self-service for customers, wherein they can interact with Tata Power at their own convenience. This new portal will also aid the Govt of India’s Ease of Doing Business initiative while promoting digital payments.''
